We accept returns only, no exchanges. We highly recommend sizing yourself before ordering to avoid the process of a return! If you’ve ordered an item that does not fit & would like a customized size, simply return the item(s) and reorder your desired size. Please know that items in my shop that require a custom length from the drop down menu or custom sizes requested in the “notes” section at check out are FINAL SALE. If you would like to request a return, message me after you’ve received your order for our return address. We have the right to decline a return for worn or broken items. Returns must be packaged in a PADDED package. Basic letter envelopes are not secure & items will be crushed. Must be returned within 7 days of your delivery.
Shipping will not be refunded. Customer pays for return shipping. Provide proof of your return by receiving a confirmation or tracking number from your PO. If you cannot provide this & your return is not received, we are not responsible for lost returns. Thank you! ❤️

Priority mail upgrades are available at checkout. We also offer a “rush my order” listing that can be added onto your order.
Gift wrapping can be purchased at checkout. Gift wrapping includes a small cotton filled box tied into a bow with special metallic twine. Box will be shipped in our cotton drawstring bag tied with a handmade gift tag. Free gift message can be added to the tag. Please note that emoji’s will not show up in your gift message! Be sure to write who your gift is from as we do not include order receipts in any packages.
